Donald Ellis "Slim" Dunn

Donald Ellis "Slim" Dunn, 76, of Waynesburg, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, February 27, 2011 at Ephraim-McDowell Regional Medical Center. He was born in Frankfort, Kentucky on November 4, 1934, son of the late William Clinton and Cora C. Harden Dunn. He was a mechanic. He is survived by one son, Doug Dunn of Somerset, one daughter, Pam Moore of Waynesburg, two brothers, Bennie Dunn of Georgetown, KY and Harold Dunn of Lexington, KY, two sisters, Joyce Switzer of Georgetown, KY and Janie Atchison of Paris, KY and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Henrietta Partin Dunn, his parents and two sisters, Barbara Dunn and Ethel Dunn. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Friday, March 4, 2011 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Tony Hall officiating. Burial will be in Parlor Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Thursday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
