Abraham Pence

Abraham "Buddy" Pence, 40 of Jess Gill Road in Somerset, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at UK Medical Center in Lexington. He was born in Pulaski County on February 5, 1967, son of the late Grover Marion and Stella Geneva DeBord Pence. He was employed at Burkman Feed as a mill worker. He is survived by his wife, Billie Moore Pence, whom he married on May 22, 1990, one son, Alex Pence of Woodstock, four brothers, Tim Pence and Roy Pence both of Woodstock and Marion Pence and Robert Pence both of Eubank, five sisters, Shirley Hoover of the Willailla community, Kathy Lykins of Georgetown, Joyce Pence and Karen Smiley both of Eubank and Norma Carlton of Science Hill. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, David Pence. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Friday, April 27, 2007 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home, Science Hill with Bro. David Bullock officiating. Burial will be in Etna Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
