Ella Mae Barber

Ella Mae Randolph Barber, 82, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Friday, April 1, 2011 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky on January 21, 1929, daughter of the late Cyrus B. and Betty Jane Warren Randolph. Ella Mae was a homemaker and nurse's aide. She is survived by four sons, Donnie Barber of Batavia, OH, David Barber of Georgetown, OH, Dwight Barber of Midland,OH and Dwayne Barber of Batavia, OH, three daughters, Diane & (Charles) McAfee of Georgetown, OH, Darlene & (Dave) Leen and Deborah & (Kenny) Wegford, both of Cincinnati, OH, a brother, Ned Randolph of Waynesburg, KY, two sisters, Izella Warren of Science Hill, KY, Myrtle Schnatz of Batavia, OH, seventeen grandchildren and twenty one great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Loyd Barber, whom she married on March 28, 1945 and who died on May 26, 2009, her parents and two sons, Danny Lee Barber, Loyd Darrell Barber and a sister, Pauline Godbey. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. David Godbey officiating. Burial will be in Bethelridge Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12 Noon Tuesday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
