James Edward Willoughby

James Edward Willoughby, 49, of Liberty, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2011 at Ephraim-McDowell Hospital in Danville, KY. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 22, 1961, son of James Willoughby and Barbara Joan Bradshaw Daniel. He was a printer for Welch Printing in Louisville, KY. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Holder Willoughby of Liberty, his father, James Willoughby of Harrison, OH, his mother, Barbara Joan Daniel of Yosemite, one son, William Wayne & (Courtney) Willoughby of Yosemite, one daughter, April Dawn & (Steven) Bates of Eubank, three brothers, William Carlos Willoughby and Timothy Wayne Willoughby, both of Liberty and Jimmy Willoughby of Harrison, OH, four sisters, Sherri Diane Salyers of Liberty, Deana Gay Barrett of Middleburg, KY, Rita Joan Daniel of Yosemite and Donna Jo Greer of Harrison, OH and five grandchildren, Kaytlin Gail Bates, Lance William Bates, Kassidy Faith Piercy, Mason Drake Willoughby and Laila Rayne Willoughby. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Maupins officiating. Burial will be in Spaw Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Monday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
