Sandra Sheehan Hubble

Sandra Sheehan Hubble, 72, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Friday, June 3, 2011 in Lexington, Kentucky. Mrs. Hubble was born in Somerset, Kentucky on August 9, 1938, daughter of the late Edward Barnett and Stella Alice Ferguson Sheehan. She graduated from Norton Hospital School of Nursing in Louisville, Kentucky, and retired from Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Ms. Hubble was a member of High Street Baptist Church. Mrs. Hubble is survived by her husband of 49 years, John Ivan Hubble of Somerset, Kentucky; her daughter, Jo Alice van Nagell (John) of Lexington, Kentucky; her sister, Ruth Sheehan Dunmire (Harvey) of Somerset, Kentucky and her grandson, John Rensselaer van Nagell IV. Visitation will be held at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home in Science Hill, Kentucky on Monday, June 6, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. The funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation. The burial service will take place at Woodstock Cemetery in Woodstock, Kentucky. Donations may be made to God's Helping Hands, God's Food Pantry or AIM.
