Anna Lou Jones

Anna Lou Jones, 93, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2011 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky on September 14, 1917, daughter of the late Joe and Lucinda "Lula" Eubanks Warren. She was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church. Anna was a loving caring Christian. She worked as a seamstress for many years in West Palm Beach, Florida. She is survived by one son, Gary Todd of Somerset, four grandchildren, five step grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and many friends who loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Jones, her parents, one step son, Jack Jones, six brothers, Raymond, Luther, Clarence, Lawrence, Paul and Louis Warren and four sisters, Ina Pearl Weaver, Nannie Mae Godby, Mary Catherine Trader and Martha Marie Warren. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Trueblood officiating. Burial will be in Eubank Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 AM Wednesday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
