Robert L. Ball

Robert L. Ball, 62, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Monday, August 22, 2011 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was born in Williamsburg, Kentucky on September 6, 1948, son of the late James Estel and Rosa Etta Wilson Ball. He was an auto worker for Ford Motor Company. He is survived by his wife, Shirley J. Taylor Ball of Somerset, two daughters, Brenda L. & (Ronald) Webb of Fort Wayne, IN and Tammy A. Ball & (Jim Densmore) of Oakwood, OH, four grandchildren, Jacob R. Lange of Defiance, OH, Amanda L. Lange of Bowling Green, KY, Zacharie J. Ball and Ashleigh N. Densmore, both of Oakwood, OH, two great-grandchildren, Emily E. Angel and Blake D. Angel, both of Bowling Green, KY and two sisters, Bessie Smith and Glenda Swanner, both of Williamsburg, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, James E. Ball and one sister, Betty S. Smith. A graveside service will be held at 11 AM Thursday, August 25, 2011 at Somerset Cemetery. Burial will be in Somerset Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Wednesday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
