Lyndell Gary Osborne

Lyndell Gary Osborne, 60, of North Highway 1247 in Eubank, passed away Monday, July 9, 2007 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was born in Somerset on November 5, 1946, son of Mary Elizabeth Carter Osborne and the late Barkley Dolce Osborne. He was a retired plant manager of Allison Abrasives in Lancaster, Kentucky. In retirement, he manufactured miniature horse carts. He is survived by his wife, Jeanette Lefler Osborne of Eubank, whom he married on October 1, 1966, three daughters, Sonia Rene'e Osborne-Corder of Somerset, Shawna Rae & (Stephan) Stringer of Somerset and Sherri Raquel Osborne and her husband, (Michael) Vance of Bowling Green, Kentucky, his mother, Mary Elizabeth Osborne of Somerset, one brother, Jerry Osborne of Science Hill, one sister, Shirley Roberts of Mt. Vernon and three grandchildren, Abigail Katelyn Corder, Stephan Caleb Stringer and Katherine Rene'e Corder. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM Thursday, July 12, 2007 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Donald Carter, Paul Roth, Frank Sheene, Brent Sears and David Correll officiating. Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland or The American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
