James "Jim" Frank Haste

James "Jim" Frank Haste, 73, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Friday November 4, 2011 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was born on February 9, 1938, son of the late Oscar and Hulda Roberts Haste. He was a farmer and a member of Jacksonville Baptist Church. He is survived by, his wife of 51 years, Joyce Haste, whom he married on April 30, 1960, two sons, Terry & (Jamesetta) Haste and Rocky Haste, three grandsons, Shane Haste, Sean Haste and Dale Haste, five brothers and four sisters, Mattrie & (Kenneth) Durham, Ken & (Reeda) Haste, Mary Alice Mofield, Carrol "Tooter" & (Patty) Haste, Margie & (Steve) Tilley, Steve & (Darlene) Haste, Shirley & (Willis) Spears, Doug & (Bonnie) Haste and Darrell Wayne & (Christine) Haste. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold Jr. "Harley" Haste and William T. Haste, one sister, Margaret L. Haste. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Monday, November 7, 2011 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. David Bullock and Bro. Josh Wesley officiating. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Sunday, November 6, 2011 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris and Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
