Jerry Wayne Dick

Jerry Wayne Dick, 51, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville, Kentucky. He was born in Caintown, Kentucky on August 19, 1960, son of Ina Dick. He was a landscaper. He is survived by his mother, Ina Dick of Science Hill, step father, Brad Elder of Mt. Zion, KY, two brothers, Rickie & (Brenda) Elder of Nancy and Gary Elder of Science Hill, aunts and uncles, Ronald and Linda Dick, Janice Dick, Shirley Stringer, Jackie Dick, Billy Dick, Dorman Dick and Raymond Dick and sister-in-law, Glenda Elder of Somerset. He was preceded in death by his sister, Gladys Marie Elder and six aunts and uncles. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Naomi Church of the Nazarene with Bro. Brian Fudge officiating. Visitation will be from 10 AM to 11 AM at the church. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Jerry Dick Memorial Fund.
