Geneva Mae Marcum

Geneva Mae Marcum, 91, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on April 11, 1920, daughter of the late Hiram and Pearlie Warren McKinney. She was a homemaker and a member of Fairview Church of Christ. She is survived by two sons, Denver & (Alma) Marcum of Somerset and Hollis & (Linda) Marcum of Mt. Vernon, KY, one daughter, Glenda & (Wayne) Anderson of Somerset, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and five great-great-granchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Marcum, her parents, three brothers, Delmas McKinney, Billy McKinney and Junior McKinney and three sisters, Mary Todd, Jewell Shelley and Eva Cash. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Monday, February 13, 2012 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. William Brown officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 AM Monday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
