Norma Jean Ison

Norma Jean Ison, 45, of Kings Mt., Kentucky, passed away Friday, April 13, 2012 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on June 23, 1966, daughter of Omia Nell Collins Ison and the late Harvey Ison. She was a staker and grinder for Affina Brake Parts, Inc. in Stanford, KY. She is survived by her daughter, Mc"Kayla Ison, her mother, Omia Ison, four sisters, Vickie & (Terry) Swartz, Debbie & (Buddy) Sparks, Mary & (Tony) Nerlinger, all of Eubank, and Cheryl & (Bob) Chitwood of Hamilton, OH, four brothers, Danny & (Sandy) Ison of Crab Orchard, KY, Harvey Jr. & (Tammy) Ison of Eubank, Aaron Ison of Eubank and Eric & (Karen) Ison of Waynesburg, a host of nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Chester Cornett officiating. Burial will be in Clear Fork Cemetery in Waynesburg. Visitation will be after 11 AM Saturday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
