Marcellus Muse

Marcellus Muse, 84, of North Highway 1247 in Eubank, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was born in Nancy, Kentucky on March 9, 1923, son of the late John Perry and Delia Muse. He was a farmer. He is survived by one brother, Otha Muse, four sisters, Ina Long, Bertha Rasner, Mary Stigall and Lela Bays and special friends, Terry and Samantha Corner of Eubank. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Brent Muse, Ardanus Muse and Leonard Muse and three sisters, Ona Vaughn, Lurane Muse and Shirley Jones. A funeral service will be held at 10 AM Saturday, September 22, 2007 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Dustin York officiating. Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Friday at the funeral home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
