Danny C. Acey

Danny C. Acey, 58, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Friday, June 22, 2012 at his residence. He was born in Science Hill, Kentucky on November 1, 1953, son of the late James Hardin and Audrey Mae Smith Acey. He retired from H.T. Hackney as transportation manager. He was of the Nazarene faith. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Curry Acey of Somerset, one son, David & (Susan) Acey of Somerset, one daughter, Lisa Acey of Science Hill, one brother, James Hardin Acey Jr. of Somerset, three sisters, Louise Dick of Science Hill, Debbie Roberts of Burnside and Joann Acey of Somerset and two grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 10 AM Monday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Curtis Sellers officiating. Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Sunday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Donation may be made to the Kentucky ALS Association. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
