Cecil Jake Ping

Cecil Jake Ping, 62, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2012 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky on October 5, 1949, son of the late Vola Green and Margaret Jane Russell Ping. He was a laborer. He is survived by one sister, Mimey Lois & (Donald) Foster of Litha Springs, GA, an aunt, Lovie Gossett of Somerset and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Vola Ray Ping and James Gilbert Ping. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Lowell Gossett officiating. Burial will be in Rock Lick Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12 Noon Wednesday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
