Carol E. Warren

Carol E. Warren, 61, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born in Ansel, Kentucky on June 8, 1951, daughter of the late Dewey and Edna Wesley Hodge. She was former owner of Carol's Groceries & Such and a member of Jacksonville Baptist Church. She is survived by one son, Noel & (Marnie) Warren of Lexington, KY, one daughter, Angel & (David) McGowan of Russell Springs, KY, five sisters, Elsie Warren, Ethel Dick, Eva Wiles, Elaine Merrick and Glenda Sneed and one grandchild, Caroline Warren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Warren and her parents. A memorial service will be held at 6 PM Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Jacksonville Baptist Church with Bro. Troy Merrick officiating. Visitation will be after 4 PM Saturday at the church. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
