Vida R. Gaylor

Vida R. Gaylor, 84, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at her residence. She was born in Tennessee on February 21, 1928, daughter of the late Leonard and Teresa Owens Bruce. She was a retired LPN from Martin Place East in Michigan and a homemaker. She is survived by one son, Jerry Gaylor of Eubank, one daughter, Sue Dewar of Toledo, OH, one brother, John Bruce of Knoxville, TN, two sisters, JoAnn Zobel and Bertha Vazzana, two grandchildren, Kimberly Dewar and Jennifer Dewar and three great-grandchildren, Taylor, Nayvee and Zola. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard C. Gaylor, who died on June 22, 2012, her parents, one son, Robert Gaylor, three brothers, Lawrence, Williard and Howard and four sisters, Leona, Ava, Audrey and Wilma. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Monday, November 12, 2012 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Etna Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5 PM Sunday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
