Virginia Marie Adams

Virginia Marie Adams, 63, of Squib Ano Road in Somerset, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2008 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on January 31, 1944, daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy Quackenbush Hudson. She was a homemaker and a member of Chimney Rock Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Clifford Adams of Somerset, three daughters, GayLene & (Scott) Abrams of Somerset, Patsy & (Bo) Hicks of Louisville and Laura Adams of Somerset, one brother, Richard Hudson of Indiana, two sisters, Barbara & (Norman) Lee and Judy & (Jerry) Bartlett, both of Indiana, two grandchildren, Aaron Smith and Hollie Smith and special friends, Diana Adams, Jean Mayfield, Beverly Brown, Judy Stanley, Katherine King and Margaret. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, James Robert Hudson. A graveside service will be at 11 AM Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at Whitaker Cemetery. Burial will be in Whitaker Cemetery. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
