Ella Freeman Siler

Ella Freeman Siler, 89, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at Baptist Health in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born in Bauer, Kentucky on March 22, 1924, daughter of the late George Grant and Lula Pearl Bolton Freeman. She was a homemaker. She is survived by two sons, Kevin & (Wanda) Siler and Rev. Jeffrey Siler, both of Somerset, two daughters, Linda "Lynn" Kidd & (her fiancé, Dan Ridenour) of Lafollette, TN and Wilma Dean & (Robert) Westerfield of London, KY, one brother, Winifer & (Julia) Freeman of Somerset, three sisters, Geneva Sprague and Dorothy Hadding, both of Lima, OH and Kathryn Bryant of Greenwood, KY, eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. She was a friend to all! She was preceded in death by her husband, Ancil Siler, her parents, one son, Ancil Eldon Siler and two brothers, Earl Freeman and George Freeman Jr. A celebration of life service will be held at 2 PM Sunday, May 19, 2013 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Parkers Lake, KY. Visitation will be after 11 AM Sunday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
