Laura Alice Dick

Laura Alice Dick, 74, of Union Avenue in Hamilton, Ohio, formally of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at Mercy Fairfield in Ohio. She was born in Ansel, Kentucky on February 17, 1934, daughter of the late Luther Lee Dick and Matrie Ellen Dick. She was a nurses aide for 22 years at Fort Hamilton Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Ralph Dick of Hamilton, OH, one son, Ralph J. Dick, Jr. of Somerset, four daughters, Donna Roberts and Deborah Blevins, both of Eubank and Nancy Adams and Matrie Isaac, both of Hamilton, OH, step son, Ronald Dick of Cincinnati, OH, two brothers, Charles Dick of Owensboro, KY and Lloyd Dick of Springfield, OH, three sisters, Iva Jean Wesley of the Clifty community, Nancy Mayrene Hall of Science Hill and Francis Koch of Cincinnati, OH, ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther Lee Dick and Matrie Ellen Dick, step mother, Melinda Adams Dick and step brother, Roger Dick. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Sunday, April 27, 2008 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. David Eastham officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
