Agnes Kidd

Agnes Kidd, 92, of Waynesburg, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at her residence. She was born in Lincoln County, Kentucky on July 24, 1921, daughter of the late Mitchell and Ethel Lucy Brittion Godbey. She was a homemaker and a member of Parlor Grove Baptist Church. She is survived by one daughter, Patti & (Richard) Spurrell, one sister, Flossie Jean Smith, College Place, TX, two grandchildren, Edward Frank Kubiak of Waynesburg and Penny Kay Zvanciak of Monroe, MI, step grandchildren, Merry Hopkins, Audrey Wagginer, Edward Spurrell, great-grandchildren, Brooke Crystal Sendonia, Amber Rose Shock and Edward Jesse Kubiak, numerous great-great-grandchildren and step great-great-grandchildren. She loved all of them so much! She was preceded in death by her husband, Leamond James Kidd, whom she married on June 1, 1940 and who died on November 19, 2002 and her parents. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Burial will be in Olive Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 AM Saturday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
