Susan Rae Nicholas

Susan Rae Nicholas, 42, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Monday, October 21, 2013 at her residence. She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on July 2, 1971, daughter of R.V. Mize and the late Barbara Glover Mize. She was a beautician for JC Penney Salon and a member of Barnesburg Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Richie Nicholas, one daughter, Chelsea Leann Nicholas, both of Science Hill, her father, R.V. Mize & (Louise Stogsdill) of Somerset and two sisters, Cindy & (Bobby) Gholson of Somerset and Angela Gail & (Mark) Leigh of Eubank. She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Glover Mize and step son, Jordan Nicholas. A funeral service will be held at 12 Noon Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Patrick Butcher officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 10 AM Saturday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
