Kelly Ray Cook

Kelly Ray Cook, 56, of Monroe, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2013. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on October 7, 1957, son of Alice Willena Smallwood Cook and the late Kenneth Cook. Kelly was a graduate of Monroe High School, Monroe, Ohio. He worked at AK Steel and as a union steward at General Electric. He is survived by his son, Ryan Kelly Cook, daughter, Meghan Leah Cook, mother, Alice Willena Smallwood Cook, sister, Connie & (Daniel) Duell and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Cook. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Monday, November 4, 2013 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Burial will be in Double Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 AM Monday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
