Jonas Nathaniel York

Jonas Nathaniel York, 24, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Monday, November 4, 2013 at the UK Medical Center. He was born in Stanford, Kentucky on November 20, 1988, son of Larry G. York and Stacy McKinney Isaacs. He was a service technician for G & L Refrigeration. He is survived by his wife, Heather Nicole Nichols York of Eubank, his father and stepmother, Larry & Diana York of Waynesburg, KY, his mother and stepfather, Stacy & Joe Isaacs of Berea, KY, paternal grandparents, Bernard York and Ruby York, maternal grandmother, Mary McKinney Ham, mother-in-law, Margaret Rutherford, father-in-law, Terry Nichols, grandparents-in-law, Sue and John Nichols, brother, Jordan Daniel York, step brothers, James Joseph Isaacs, Ben Isaacs, Phillip Donnie Lane and Robert Carl Lane, step sisters, Julie Beth Isaacs, Sonya Isaacs, Becky Isaacs and Cynthia Lane Oney and brother-in-law, Chad Nichols. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Balis McKinney. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Friday, November 8, 2013 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Butt officiating. Burial will be in Poplar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4 PM Thursday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
