Jesse Vernon "Judge" Redmon

Jesse Vernon "Judge" Redmon, 86, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, December 15, 2013 at Jean Waddle Care Center. He was born in Nancy, Kentucky on March 25, 1927, son of the late Oscar and Lola Burton Redmond. He built transmissions and was a U.S. Navy veteran. He is survived by his fiancée, Leisa Corder of Somerset, six children, Roger Vernon Redmon of Burlington, KY, Phillip Stanley Redmon of Douglasville, GA, William Kiner Redmon of San Francisco, CA, Jesse Matthew Redmon of Somerset, Martin Patrick Redmon of Oxford, MA and Landreth Lee McGlothlin of Somerset, KY and Linda and Debbie Corder, whom he raised. A funeral service will be held at 12 Noon Friday, December 20, 2013 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Lowell Gossett officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens with military honors by American Legion Post #38. Visitation will be after 6 PM Thursday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
