Lucy Gaddis Baugh

Lucy Gaddis Baugh, 82, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2014 at her residence. She was born in Mt. Zion, Kentucky on March 8, 1931, daughter of the late William Clayton and Pearl Taylor Gaddis. She retired from Kingsford Charcoal Company and was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her husband, Elwin Dee Baugh, whom she married on October 27, 1951, one son, Elwin Lee "Jay" Baugh of Science Hill, one daughter, Billie June & (Mike) Stickle of Navarre, FL, one brother, William & (Shirley) Gaddis of Eubank, four sisters, Hattie Dabney of Burnside, Dorothy Turner of Somerset, Betty Loveless of Science Hill and Jackie Wesley of Eubank, two grandchildren, David Jerome Girdler and Crystal Holovack and great-grandson, Devon Girdler. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Brenda Russell, one brother, James Raymond Gaddis and great-granddaughter, Allison Price. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Troy Merrick officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12 Noon Saturday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
