Elbert "Tommy" Mofield

Elbert "Tommy" Mofield, 63, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Friday, March 21, 2014 at his residence. He was born in Hogue, Kentucky on November 6, 1950, son of the late Marion Lewis and Fonnie Mae Dick Mofield.  He was a retired farmer and a member of Olive Baptist Church.  He is survived by his wife, Glenna Anderson Mofield of Eubank, one son, Brian Thomas & (Ruth) Mofield of Somerset, five sisters, Lida Dye of Fort Wayne, IN, Doris & (Don) Bailey of Cincinnati, OH, Dean & (Bob) Waddle of Lexington, NC, Toy Lee & (Bert) Hall of Science Hill and Patty & (Jim) Salyer of Franklin, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Jack Mofield, one sister, Arlene Vanhook and brothers-in-law, Curtis Vanhook, Marcus Dye, Larry Albrecht and Arthur Crabtree. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Richard West and Bro. Lester Randolph. Burial will be in King Bee Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5 PM Monday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
