Clyde Singleton, 64, of Eubank, Kentucky passed away Sunday, May 25, 2014 at his residence.
He was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky on April 21, 1950, son of Zella Wesley Singleton and the late Lemont Singleton. He was the former owner of Swim World and a member of Singletontown First Church of God.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Sue Burkett Singleton, one son, Chris & (Traci) Singleton, one daughter, deRhonda & (Derrick) Vaught, honorary daughter, Jamie & (Adam) Putman, his mother, Zella Singleton, three brothers, Larry & (Jenny) Singleton, Loyal & (Carol) Singleton and Bobby & (Barbara) Singleton, one sister, Glenda & (Jim) Griffin, all of Eubank, six grandchildren, Morgan Singleton, Mason Singleton, Madison Singleton, Dustin Vaught & (fiancé, Toshia Cooper), Devin Vaught and Makenzie Putman, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Forrest Singleton.
A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Friday, May 30, 2014 at Singletontown First Church of God with Bro. Dustin York officiating.
Burial will be in Singletontown Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6 PM Thursday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
