Juanita Bowlin

Juanita Bowlin, 71, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, June 29, 2014 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland, Jean Waddle Care Center. She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on April 29, 1943, daughter of the late Delbert and Lora Baker Mounce. She was an attendant for the Kentucky Baptist Children's Home, a member of Freedom Worship Center and a member of Senior Friends. She is survived by three sons, Jack Gregory of Somerset, Michael Currens of Somerset and Jeff Gregory of Nancy; one brother, Vernon B. Mounce of White Lily; two sisters, Margie Mounce of White Lily and Ruby Mounce of Indiana; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Jeanetta Gregory and three brothers, Jerry, Ivan and Norman Mounce. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Thursday, July 3, 2014 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Ed Bialon officiating. Burial will be in Providence Cemetery. Visitation for Ms. Juanita Bowlin will be after 11 AM Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
