Nita Jo Blevins

Nita Jo Blevins, 57, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2014 at University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born in Livingston, Tennessee on March 18, 1957, daughter of Virginia Mae Stockton Greer and the late Harold Lloyd Greer. She was a social worker with KY Human Resources. She is survived by her mother, Virginia Mae Stockton Greer of Somerset, her husband, Rodney Blevins, one son, Cole Morgan Blevins, one daughter, McKala Leanne Blevins, all of Eubank, one brother, Stan Lyndon Greer of Tallahassee, FL and one sister, Cheryl Lynn Gover of Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Lloyd Greer. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Thursday, July 31, 2014 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Shelby Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Buncombe Cemetery. Visitation will be after 9:30 AM Thursday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
