Anthony Dwayne Caldwell

Anthony Dwayne Caldwell, 41, of Eubank, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014 at his residence. He was born on October 15, 1972 in Somerset, KY, son of Harry Joseph "Joe" Caldwell and Helen (Jones) Martin. He was a foreman for the Herb Geddes Fencing Company. He was heroic in his battle with cancer. Anthony is survived by his wife, Tina (Clevenger) Caldwell, his parents, Helen Jones & (his step-father, Terry) Martin of Eubank, his father, Harry Joseph "Joe" Caldwell of Waynesburg, a son, Chris Caldwell, his two daughters, Brittany and Asia Caldwell, all of Eubank, a half-sister, Amanda Caldwell of Waynesburg, his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Judy & David Rogers of Crab Orchard, a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Crystal and Anthony Leach of Stanford, his uncles, Ed &(Glenda) Jones, Ronald &(Carol) Jones, Mike &(Lynn) Jones and Doug Jones, all of Eubank. He was preceded in death by his maternal-grandparents, Hazel & Narvil Jones, his paternal grand-parents, Issac Caldwell and Velma Eugene Summers, his uncles, Bobby Lee Jones and Richard Jones. A funeral service will be held 2 pm Sunday, Sept. 28, 2014 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Jason Young officiating. Burial will be in Buncombe Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 pm Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. The family request expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Anthony Dwayne Caldwell Memorial Fund. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
