Gladys Irene Sutton Trowbridge

Gladys Irene Sutton Trowbridge, 86, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Friday, October 31, 2014 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland, Jean Waddle Care Center. She was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky on May 20, 1928, daughter of the late Reflone and Janie Ashley Sutton. She was a homemaker and a member of Baptist Temple in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is survived by one sister, Hazel Powell of Cleveland, OH and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Prentice Trowbridge, her parents, three brothers, John William Sutton, Leon Sutton and Vernice Sutton, two sisters, Virda Howson and Nina Haste and special nephew, Clarence Sutton. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Monday, November 3, 2014 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Sutton and Bro. Letcher Napier officiating. Burial will be in Bethelridge Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 AM Monday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
