Glen D. Skeens

Glen D. Skeens, 59, of Somerset, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was born on December 29, 1954, son of the late Dewey and Bonnie Watts Skeens. He was retired from Oakwood. He is survived by two daughters, Amy & (Andy) Stephens of Nancy, Ky, and Ashley & (Johnny) Greer of Kings Mtn., Ky, three brothers, Nathan Skeens and Gary Skeens of Hazard, Ky., and Gerald Skeens of Science Hill, Ky., one sister, Debbie & (Marty) Colwell of Somerset, Ky., four grandchildren, Cheyenne, Blake, Brooke, and Bryston, a host of loving nieces and nephews, and his dog Sassy. A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 from 2pm until 4pm at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
