He was born in Marion County, Kentucky on October 27, 1938, son of the late Walter Temple Penick Jr. and Clare Greene Penick. He was self-employed and a U.S. Army veteran. Private services were held. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
