Dillard Kenton McWilliams, 83, of Franklin, Indiana, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2014.
He was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky on December 16, 1930, son of the late Shelby B. and Delta Step McWilliams. He worked in production control for General Motors in Indianapolis, Indiana for 35 years. Dillard and his widow, Vauda were snowbirds, spending their winters at Ft. Myers Beach, Florida. They also enjoyed traveling. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
He is survived by one son, Mark McWilliams of Indianapolis, IN, one daughter, Mindy Miller of Franklin, IN, grandchildren, Ashley Frisbie of Munfordville, KY and Kyle McWilliams of Beech Grove, IN, great-grandchildren, Noviliegh, Nicholas and Kaitlyn and one sister, Paulene Vaught of Somerset.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Vauda Mae Hubble McWilliams, who died on March 3, 2014 and his parents.
A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Don Jones officiating.
Burial will be in Woodstock Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 9 AM Saturday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
