Paul Edward Keeney

Paul Edward Keeney, 56, of Nicholasville, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014. He was born in Trimble, Kentucky on May 13, 1958, son of the late Arnold Edward and Myrtle Louise Carrender Keeney. He was a master carpenter. He is survived by his wife, Marie Whitter Keeney of Nicholasville, KY, one son, Jason Dale & (Angela) Huff of Eubank, four brothers, Donald & (Patsy) Keeney of Bronston, Charles & (Georgia Faye) Keeney of Nancy, Jim & (Melissa) Keeney of Bronston and Eugene & (Barbara) Keeney of Ferguson, four sisters, Barbara & (Raymond) Miller of Somerset, Carolyn Strunk of Georgetown, KY, Charlotte & (Curt) Carrender of Science Hill and Christina & (Allen) Boyer of Somerset, two grandchildren, Katie & (Beau) Spurgeon and Zachary Dale Huff, one great-grandchild, Rémy Spurgeon, brother-in-law, Gene Whitter, sisters-in-law, Mary McKinney and Shirley Franklin Ridner, special friend, Paula Newson, several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Charles and Lou Eva Whitter, nephew, Curtis Keeney and great-nephew, Maddox Wilson. A funeral service will be held at 12 Noon Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Delmar Whitter officiating. Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Donations may be made to the Paul Edward Keeney Memorial Fund, C/O Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
