Edward Ray Miller

Edward Ray Miller, 62, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland, Jean Waddle Care Center. He was born in Hazard, Kentucky on December 7, 1952, son of the late Bob Miller and Mary Lewis Neace. He was a woodworker who specialized in furniture. He is survived by one daughter, Crystal Miller, two granddaughters, Kenzie Engle and Kia Engle, all of Hazard, KY, six brothers, Sherman & (Betty) Neace, Jr. of Woodstock, Johnny & (Janice) Neace, Clarence & (Tammy) Neace, Manuel Neace, Larry Neace and Billy Ray & (Sue) Neace, all of Hazard, KY, special nephew, Billy & (Beth) Neace of Nancy, special nieces, Sylvia & (Marcus) Heist of Bowling Green, KY and Shanna & (Cody) Neace of Somerset, great-nephews and great-nieces, Emily, Matthew, Bella, Mason, Ana and Olivia and special friends, Roger Bullock, George Stevens and Kevin Stevens. He was preceded in death by his father, Bob Miller, mother, Mary Neace, step father, Sherman Neace, Sr., brother, Lee Miller and Sister, Suzie Mae Neace. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Goochtown Church of Christ with Bro. Joe Hill and Bro. Gerald Carter officiating. Burial will be in Miller-Neace Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 AM Thursday at Goochtown Church of Christ. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
