Anna Mae Barber

Anna Mae Barber, 83, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Ft. Logan Hospital in Stanford, Kentucky. She was born in Langnau, Kentucky on March 6, 1931, daughter of the late Robert and Annie Burkhart Allen. She was a retired baker for Midwest Donut Company. She is survived by one son, Norman Lee & (Cathy) Barber of Lockland, OH, one daughter, Sandy& (Gary) Baugh of Eubank, one brother, Robert & (Thelma) Allen, Jr. of Eubank, five sisters, Pearl & (Morgan) Spencer of Eubank, Gladys Wesley of Stanford, Lizzie Burns of London, Gracie Hampton of Waynesburg and Ilene Morgan of Eubank, five grandchildren, Sherry Baugh, Gary Baugh, Shawnda Barber, Catie Allen and Randy Allen and two great-grandchildren, Christopher Barber and Cici Allen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Gene Barber, her parents, five brothers, Burt Allen, Marion Allen, Gilbert Allen, Clarence Allen and Leslie Allen and one sister, Ruby Proffitt. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Friday, January 23, 2015 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Jeremy Johnson officiating. Burial will be Bethelridge Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Thursday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
