Gerald Lee Hislope

Gerald Lee Hislope, 73, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, February 22, 2015 at the Fountain Circle Nursing & Rehab. He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on July 23, 1941, son of the late Ralph Samuel and Marie Vaughn Hislope. He was an electrical Engineer for Contech Engineering. He is survived by two sons, William Douglas Hislope of Somerset and Michael Lee Hislope of Columbus, OH, one daughter, Alana Annette Hislope Middleton of Gardiner, MT, one sister, Margaret Gordon Hislope of Fort Collins, CO, seven grandchildren, Ryan Andrew Hislope, Jessica Marie Hislope, Heidi Morgan Hislope, Corey Sabo, Nick Sabo, Kilie Hislope and Amanda Hislope and two great-grandchildren, Riley Hislope and Kylee Jones. He was preceded in death by his wife, Toni Hislope, his parents, one brother, Vernon Hislope and two sisters, Connie Morris and Louise Garing. A graveside service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Hislope Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 Noon to 1 PM Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hislope Cemetery. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
