Mary Roberts Dick

Mary Roberts Dick, 49, of Eubank, Kentucky, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland, Jean Waddle Care Center. Mary was fighting a long hard battle with cancer and was a hero in every way. She was born in Hazard, Kentucky on September 21, 1965, daughter of the late Berchel and Edna Lorene Stevens Roberts. She was a homemaker. She is survived by two children, one son, Timothy Dick and one daughter, Kasi Dick and two grandchildren, Braden and Presley. She is also survived by five brothers, Darrell Roberts, Kenneth Roberts, James Roberts and Burchell & (Michelle) Roberts, all of Eubank and George & (Lisa) Roberts of Hazard, three sisters, Ernestine & (Kenneth) Fields, Aileen Gilley and Priscilla May, all of Eubank, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, David Wayne Dick, her parents, one grandson, Gage, two brothers, Jimmy Woodrow Roberts and Robert Lee Roberts and two sisters, Margaret Hamilton and Kathy Louise Merridith. This obituary was written by her daughter, Kasi Dick. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. David Gambrel officiating. Burial will be in Eubank Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Friday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
