Carl Eugene Allen

Carl Eugene Allen, 56, of Monticello, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Plant City, Florida on April 9, 1959, son of the late Luther Lee and Ethel Iona Cox Allen. He was a carpenter. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Horne Allen of Monticello, three sons, Carl Allen, Jr. of Monticello, James Allen of Versailles, KY and Joseph Allen of Bronston, one daughter, Katrina Allen of Port Orange, FL, five brothers, Joseph Allen of Plant City, FL, Jay Allen of Sun City, FL, Donnie Allen, J.B. Wilford and Andy Wilford, all of Tampa, FL, three sisters, Linda Brown of Griffin, GA, Eva Bennett of Dover, FL and Louise Hugh of Nokona, FL and seven grandchildren. Private services will be held at a later date. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
