Jean (Wesley) Roberts

Jean Wesley Roberts, 69, of Jefferson Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at Drake Hospital in Cincinnati. She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on May 27, 1939, daughter of the late Amon and Daisy Young Wesley. She was a manufacturer for Marpro. She is survived by two daughters, Anita & (Jerry) Bouman of Dry Ridge, KY and Sherry & (Phillip) Church of Bromley, KY, one brother, Lanny & (Peggy) Wesley of Cincinnati, OH, three sisters, Lucille & (Judd) Strome of Cincinnati, OH, Lois & (Park) Roberts of Eubank and Shelia & (Charles) Watson of Northern, KY, three grandchildren, Nicole Hornsby, Bobbi Jo Brock and Jamie Sirk and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Roberts, her parents, two brothers, Phillip Wesley and Kernie Wesley and one sister, Peggy Roberts. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Saturday, January 17, 2009 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Delmer Whitter officiating. Burial will be in Sardis Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Friday at the funeral home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
