Wanda Earlene McKinney

Wanda Earlene McKinney, 81, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2015. She was born in Ocala, Kentucky on June 1, 1934, daughter of the late George Lee and Eva Lou O'Neal Sutton. She was a homemaker and a member of Burnett Chapel United Methodist Church. She is survived by one son, James Garner McKinney, Sr. of Clinton, IL, one daughter, Judy Lynn McKinney Miller of Gibson City, IL, two brothers, Fred Clayton Sutton of the Hazeldale community and Edward Victor Sutton of Nancy, one sister, Lois Ann Wilson of Danville, KY, three grandchildren, James Garner McKinney, Jr., Sara Suzanne McKinney and Clair Kathrine Perry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Garner Brown McKinney, her parents, two brothers, Glen Lee Sutton and Melvin Sutton and one sister, Ellen Joyce Sutton. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Sunday, July 12, 2015 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. David Green officiating. Burial will be in Bobbitt Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1 PM Sunday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
