Carmielettia Clark

Carmielettia Evans Clark, 49, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Friday, July 10, 2015 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland, Jean Waddle Care Center. She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on March 28, 1966, daughter of the late George Carrol and Brenda Denny Evans. She was a retired accountant for Orans Truck Stop; and a member of Eubank Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Matthew Clark; a brother, Phillip Evans & (Donna Whitis) of Eubank; a best friend and sister, Teresa Dick of Eubank; nephews and nieces, Dyllan Chaplin, Kaysha Whitis, Kyle Whitis, Lindsay Evans, Kaylee Evans, and Brayden Dodson; special nephews, Josh Morris & (Ashley Dodson), and Jacob Ashton. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Illesa Ashton. A funeral service will be held at 10 AM Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Shelby Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Woodstock Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Monday, July 13, 2015 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
