Anna Adkins

Anna Adkins, 61, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, August 9, 2015. She was born in Monticello, Kentucky on November 12, 1953, daughter of the late Ulysses and Vela Smith Stephenson. She was a nurse for 35 years at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She is survived by her son, Keifer Adkins of Eubank, one sister, Melinda Stephenson of Monticello, KY, her former husband, Richard Adkins and her companion, James Elam. A funeral service will be held at 7 PM Monday, August 17, 2015 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Orell Denney officiating. Visitation will be from 5 PM to 7 PM Monday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
