Randall Paul "Pete" Denney

Randall Paul "Pete" Denney, 54, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland, Jean Waddle Care Center. He was born in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky on October 19, 1960, son of the late Omer and Lillian Loraine McKinney Denney. He was a welder for Donaldson Inc. for 27 years and of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his companion, Karen Johnson, two brothers, Claude Denney & (Karen) and Clinton Denney & (Fern Larkin), niece, Lori Shivel & (Chad), nephew, Cody Denney and great-nieces, Kelsi Shivel and Aliyah Shivel. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Frances Alene Denney. A funeral service will be held at 10 AM Friday, September 4, 2015 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Shelby Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Woodstock Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Thursday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
