Ruby Godbey

Ruby Godbey, 69, of Dayton, Ohio, formerly of Science Hill, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 4, 2015 at Sycamore Medical Center, Miamisburg, OH. She was born on November 7, 1945, daughter of Adolphus and Aileen Gaddis Dick. She is survived by her husband, Floyd Godbey; two sons, Joe & (Lorraine) Godbey of Dayton, OH, and Kirt & (Marcia) Godbey of Houston, TX; one sister, Betty Wesley of Eubank; two brothers, Bobby Ray Dick of Science Hill, and Donald Ralph Dick of Acton, IN; and four grandchildren, Trent, Matthew, Eli, and Eva. She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolphus and Aileen Gaddis Dick. A funeral service will be held at 10 AM Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Ed Massey officiating. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. Visitation for Mrs. Ruby Godbey will be after 6 PM Monday, September 7, 2015 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
