Carroll Elliott

Carroll Elliott, son of the late Charlie and Hettie Wilson Elliott, was born in Ansel, Kentucky on January 24, 1931 and departed this life on January 5, 2006 at the age of 74 years. He was a livestock dealer and a farmer. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of Science Hill Christian Church. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Godby Elliott, whom he married on May 15, 1952, a daughter, Diane Elliott & (Jack) Logsdon of Science Hill, a sister, Ruth Dick of Science Hill, two sisters-in-law, Hazel Elliott and Mable Elliott both of Science Hill and two grandchildren, Jasie Logsdon & (Jimmie) Jackson and Stevie Lynn Elliott Morris. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Steve Elliott, who died on June 30, 1988 and two brothers, Paul and Jonas Elliott. A funeral service will be at 2 PM Saturday, January 7, 2006 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Bob Hoots and Bro. Jason Summey officiating. Burial in Science Hill Cemetery. Visitation after 9 AM Saturday. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
