Lester Walker Jr.

Lester Walker Jr., 79 of West Ridge Road in Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at his residence. He was born in Eubank, Kentucky on August 25, 1929, son of the late Lester Walker Sr. and Flossie Bastin Walker. He was a maintenance supervisor for Procter & Gamble. He is survived by two sons, Randy & (Teresa) Walker of Eubank and Terry Walker of Somerset, one brother, Jerry & (Patsy) Walker of Burnside and two grandchildren, Sam and Chasity Walker. He was preceded in death by his wife, Velda "Peggy" Mae Trowbridge Walker and his parents. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Sunday, March 22, 2009 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Ashley officiating. Burial will be in Freedom Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12 Noon Sunday at the funeral home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
