Vickie Jasper

Vickie Jasper, 57, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Friday, December 18, 2015 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on August 22, 1958, daughter of the late Ned and Willene Dyer Jasper. She retired from General Electric and was a member of the Science Hill Christian Church. She is survived by one daughter, Kristy & (Johnathon) Neeley of Somerset, one sister, Shelly & ( Jerry) Mounce of Ashland, two grandchildren, Kody Blackburn and Evan Blackburn, their father, Jamie Blackburn and nephew, Kyle Hacker. She was preceded in death by her parents. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 PM Monday, December 21, 2015 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Ed Massey officiating. Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 AM Monday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
